WILDERNESS HR MANAGER – KENYA

ALICE KABEKE

With more than a decade of Human Resources experience, Alice joined the Wilderness family in 2023. Passionate about people, she looks forward to ensuring all employees are taken care of in the HR space, while positively impacting their growth within the business.

Born and raised in Nairobi, Alice completed her schooling here before furthering her studies through the United States International University Africa in Kenya, where she pursued a degree in International Relations (Diplomacy) and Psychology.

After graduating, Alice embarked on her career path as a Training Associate in the education sector. After four years, she changed industries and joined a pharmaceutical company as Human Resources Information Systems Co-ordinator.

Her journey in the tourism industry began in 2015, when she joined Asilia Africa in the role of Human Resources Co-ordinator, later being promoted to Human Resources Manager in 2018.

Inspired to learn more during this period, Alice enrolled at the College of Human Resources Management in 2015 and graduated in 2016 with a Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management.

Alice was thrilled to join the Wilderness Kenya team in 2023, saying, “I have received a warm and friendly welcome at Wilderness and look forward to creating a happy and fulfilling work environment for my team”.
