Express Your Creativity

Art is not always about pretty things, it’s about who we are, what happened to us and how our lives are affected

Elizabeth Broun

In these unprecedented times we have all been turned in on ourselves, and feelings of loss and uncertainty might appear commonplace. Creative expression is known to provide personal positivity, resilience and better self-awareness, and is something absolutely everyone can try. So the call is to all staff, not just the super-talented artists in our midst, but those who wish to try something new.

There will be no judging panel – this is not a competition… this is a challenge to all of you to explore your inner artist and celebrate your hidden creativity.

Art is not just about painting or drawing: feel free to express yourself through any medium, including…

  • Drawing
  • Painting
  • Sculpture
  • Digital Art
  • Poetry & literature
  • Photography
  • Crafts
  • Dance
  • Music
  • Culinary art
  • Fashion & design
  • Collage

Use whatever theme you wish, but if you’re looking for inspiration to get started…
