We invite you to join our Wilderness coaching and skills development sessions. Led by professional coaches and industrial psychologists who are equipped to build up and enhance an individual’s personal and career development, these sessions are available to everyone in the company.

Psychology of Connection 1 & 2

These two modules set the foundation for all future Circle & Square coaching sessions, and you need to attend both before moving forward with Coaching Circles or skills talks.

Coaching Circle

The Coaching Circle offers focused sessions between 12 participants and the coach. This allows the group to closely explore and discuss meaningful connections and workplace challenges with the coach. These sessions are limited to a maximum of 12 people, so please book your spot quickly. If you miss the first slot but have signed up, we will place you on a waiting list for the next session.

Skills Sessions

If you attended Psychology of Connection 1 & 2 (mandatory), we invite you to join our Skills Sessions and build on the language of connection that you have already learned.

The Journey to Personal Mastery

This journey, a series of skills sessions that will run for the next six months, is designed to provide individuals with the tools they need to establish resilience and make positive changes in their personal and professional lives. Through a combination of self-reflection, skill-building exercises and practical application, participants will gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their abilities, and learn how to harness them to achieve their goals. Whether you’re looking to improve your communication skills, increase your productivity or simply find more balance in your life, this journey will give you the tools to make it happen.
